Knowledge For Health
The first thing a human being does at birth is, CRYING and right after is breathing through the NOSE and will continue to do so till death.
The first function of a human being is breathing, through the nose (O2 oxygen)
The second function is drinking (milk, H2O).
The third function is eating (carbohydrates, lipids and proteins).
The fourth function is sleeping (sleep).
The fifth function is eliminating (urinating and defecating).
These functions: breathing, drinking, eating, sleeping and eliminating, will be resumed by human being from birth till death.
Our holistic approach is in connection with very natural means, and the first function, nasal breathing, is in a close relationship with Qi energy, Ying & Yang and Qigong.
Energy, energies of the human body are incommensurate.
Discarding doubts and fears, we’ll find the joy of living.
And a very early treatment includes/will include prevention and interception.
Prevention: Implementing a series of medical and medical-social measures to prevent the emergence, aggravation or extension of illnesses (or diseases) or their long-term consequences.
Interception: Interceptive treatment is carried out while the anomaly exists already at its early stage without much complication.
Qi: It circulates in the body through meridians that intersect in the “Center of energies”.
Qi gong: in Chinese, it means control of energy, discipline of energy. And now it is called medical therapeutic gymnastics.
Yin & Yang: According to this philosophy, nature is seen in a great perfection putting into action (or involving) opposite and complementary forces. From the Chinese health concept, Yin (feminine energy) and Yang (masculine energy) of the body must be balanced, otherwise it is illness. And if any of the Yin or Yang energy totally ceases; it’s death.
